Refund policy

For orders placed through tiredcouture.com, there is generally no voluntary right of withdrawal, cancellation, or return, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

A customer may not return or exchange properly delivered goods solely because:

• The wrong size was ordered.
• The wrong colour was ordered.
• The wrong item was ordered.
• The item does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.
• The customer changes their mind after the purchase.

PRE-ORDER ORDERS

Pre-order orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned, unless mandatory statutory rights provide otherwise.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY GOODS

The customer’s statutory rights in the event of defective or faulty goods remain expressly reserved. Defects must be reported in accordance with the complaints procedure set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

GOODWILL RETURNS

If E-Commerce Hegner voluntarily agrees to a return, exchange, or cancellation in an individual case, this shall be considered a goodwill gesture and shall not establish any general right of return or withdrawal for future orders.
